We maintain a philosophy that coffee is much more than a drink and stimulant, but it carries itself as an art. While the United States has only really known espresso from Starbucks over the past 10 years, the Eastern parts of the world have practiced and defined it for close to a hundred years! Part of traditional training includes proper espresso drink prepration, latte art techniques, and a basic knowledge of the science and history behind this amazing drink.
